By using Yakkafy you agree to these terms. Yakkafy is operated from Burnie, Tasmania, Australia.

What Yakkafy does

Yakkafy generates local search reports: keyword demand, competition, and visibility signals for a business type within one or more search areas. Reports are informational tools to help you make your own decisions.

Search areas and pricing

A "search area" is a single search region. You choose which areas to include before paying, and the price for each area is shown before purchase. The first area is charged at full price; additional areas within the same region are discounted as displayed at checkout; areas in a different region are charged at full price. Every selected area is billable.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. One-off scans are charged once. Subscriptions recur until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

Because reports are generated on demand using paid third-party data, they are generally non-refundable once produced. If a report fails to generate or contains a clear error on our part, contact us and we'll make it right — by re-running the scan or, at our discretion, refunding it.

Accuracy and no guarantee

Search figures are estimates drawn from third-party data and represent rolling averages, not guarantees. Visibility checks (including directory and AI-assistant results) reflect what we observe at the time of the scan and may differ from what any individual sees elsewhere or later. Yakkafy does not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, or business outcome.

Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, scrape, or redistribute report data except as permitted by a plan that explicitly allows it, and not to use Yakkafy for unlawful purposes or in a way that overloads or disrupts the service.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yakkafy is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report or subscription period in question. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
